Lander Community Foundation helped CES raise over $13,000 for our programs benefiting adults with disabilities. Thanks to all our supporters!

Thanks to the generosity of friends, family and altruistic people across Fremont County, Community Entry Services has raised $13,806 which will go towards improving the quality of life for about 100 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries whom we serve in Fremont County.
Lander CES Director Ron Grogan with the Lander Community Foundation check. The annual event kicked off at 5am on July 4th as volunteers assembled on Main Street to begin preparations for the various races. CES' CEO Shawn Griffin and other staff volunteered at the race.
Since 2011, Lander Community Foundation has helped area nonprofits raise nearly $9 million, most of this raised in just the past few years. This year 54 nonprofits participated and hundreds of hours of work by a small army of volunteers helped make the various fundraising races a success. CES looks forward to this event each year as it helps us raise critically needed funds that cover a host of items that aren't covered by Medicare or other programs.

Thanks to local support, CES is able to fund extracurriciular activities like summer camp, picnics, or replacement equipment needed to assist with clients who cannot walk - like hydraulic lifts, wheelchair assessible vehicles, or other specialized equipment that isn't covered by Government reimbursement programs.
