Thanks to local owners Troy Gonzales, Tim Postel,
Craig Postel and Stacey Postel for feeding the staff and clients at Lander's Gary Hudson Center this past Friday!

For YEARS, Community Entry Services staff and clients have walked, rolled, or driven to McDonalds "over the river and up the hill" the short few blocks between the Gary Hudson Center on North 3rd Street in Lander and the "Golden arches".
So it was a special treat to have McDonald's come to us along with the local owners!
Gail Ute broke into a wide smile as Craig and Tim Postel told her the reason for their visit: to bring piping hot McDonald's breakfast. Skip, Ebony, David, Yolanda, and David were thrilled. Mike Aurand and Angel posing for the camera.
None of the guests had ever been inside the old Post Office on 177 Nth 3rd Street, across from NOLS. Once the Court House, it later became the Post Office and then was vacant before CES purchased it and turned it into our day habilitation center where some 40 clients receive care from a small army of Direct Service Professionals 5 days a week. Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Ron Grogan, Lander Branch Director gave a guided tour and concluded with a meeting with "Lander's Mayor" David Dempster, who told several stories of the various trips and events that he has been able to attend thanks to CES.
It takes the cooperation of a large number of staff to safely tend to the needs of our clients day and night, 24/7/365. The Community involvement in their lives is what makes all the difference in the world.
We're grateful for all the support through individual gifts and via our fundraisers like Festival of Trees (tables still available!)https://www.ces-usa.org/post/ces-21st-festival-of-trees and Dancing with the Stars https://www.ces-usa.org/dancingwiththestars
Shout out to Will Hill and Teri Cadwell-Udell of County10 for helping set up this visit!
